As Robert Walter was born in Warminster in 1889, it seems that Mabel died when the family were in the process of moving to Warminster. She may have been too ill to travel, and she died in Brentwood. Her death certificate states that the informant of her death was her father Sidney and he was present at her death, but his occupation and address were listed at Ironmonger, 37 High Street, Warminster.
